?Tickets given to fans free of charge for Swansea’s match against Sunderland on Saturday are appearing for sale online for more than £60, per the BBC.
Representatives have said that the club is extremely disappointed, as players paid for 3,000 tickets themselves to get as many supporters to the Stadium of Light.
The tickets were all snatched up within hours.
The Swans defeated Everton 1-0 to climb out of the relegation zone last weekend, but have to stick to winning ways to ensure safety at the end of the season, with two games remaining.
“It is a shame we can’t bring all the fans,” Clement said following the win.
“The players paying for the supporters’ tickets came from Leon Britton and I thought it was a brilliant idea.
“That’s been done by the players and led by Leon and we hope they get up there safely.”
The exact number of free tickets up for sale isn’t known, but the club are claiming that it isn’t more than a ‘few dozen’, also lamenting on the fact that ‘genuine fans’ had missed out on allocation.
A Swans spokesman said: “While we would warn supporters that there is always a risk with purchasing tickets on these sites, anyone found doing this risks having their season tickets and Jack Army membership revoked.”
