West Ham and Swansea Reportedly Targeting Manchester City Striker Wilfried Bony

West Ham and Swansea are planning a summer move for out of favour Manchester City striker Wilfried Bony, according to ?the Daily Mail.?

The Ivorian forward has spent this season on loan at Stoke, but has struggled to establish himself in the first team after a difficult start.

The 28-year-old has scored just twice in the Premier League this campaign, although he is believed to be determined to prove himself in the division.

Despite interest from China, and the potential financial rewards of such a move, Bony is reportedly likely to remain in the Premier League.

City are expected to demand £15m for the player, which has alerted the interest of former club Swansea, and West Ham.

Swansea look set to avoid relegation in the Premier League this season, and are now looking to turn their attention towards improving their squad.

Bony is reportedly seen as the perfect player to replace Gylfi Sigurdsson, who could be set for a move away after an impressive campaign for the lowly Swans.

West Ham, meanwhile, are in the market for two strikers having been without a regular goal scorer this season. Chelsea’s Michy Batshuayi and Liverpool’s Daniel Sturridge are reportedly targets for the Hammers, although Bony could prove a more realistic proposition.
