Swansea City players have posted their jubilation at Premier League survival on social media after Hull’s defeat to Crystal Palace.
Sunday afternoon saw Marco Silva’s Hull side get battered 4-0 away to Palace, ensuring that the KCOM Stadium will be hosting Championship football next season.
Having won Saturday afternoon’s encounter with Sunderland, Swansea fans and players alike could watch the match in the comfort of their chairs; knowing that a Hull loss would result in Premier League safety for the small south Wales club.
The theme of the day was set in motion after only three minutes when Wilfried Zaha latched onto a stray ball, putting him one on one with Hull’s Eldin Jakupovic, and finding the back of the net with ease.
By the time Crystal Palace reached their fourth goal, the celebrations of Swansea players were in full swing, as shown on their various social media platforms.
Joined by his teammates to watch the match, veteran goalkeeper Gerhard Tremmel posted a video of the Swansea players celebrating as Palace knocked in their fourth of the afternoon.
A drastic turn in form has pulled Swansea four points away from the relegation zone, ensuring that even if they lose to West Brom next weekend, and Hull beat Tottenham, the Jacks will still be in the top flight next term.
Through everything, and back.. perfect day, Palace win and we both survive! Sorry for giving you all higher blood pressures!!!

??It hasn’t been an easy season for Swansea fans. The Jack Army have had to oversee three ‘permanent’ managers take control of their club this season whilst watching their club seemingly fall apart.
That is until Paul Clement arrived. The former assistant to Carlo Ancelotti has worked wonders in SA1, and the fans will be looking forward to the next few years under his reign.
There is one problem though. Does anyone see Gylfi Sigurdsson in the above video?
