?Juventus midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah is reportedly attracting interest from West Ham and Southampton ahead of the summer transfer window.
The Ghanaian has already been linked with Turkish side Galatasaray for the imminently opening window, but according to ?Calciomercato, he has now caught the eyes of some Premier League clubs.
At 28, Asamoah still has another year to run on his contract with Max Allegri’s side, and has accumulated 23 appearances for the Champions League finalists this season.
Asamoah’s role at Juventus is that of rotation, and a switch to the rich shores of English football could entail a more prominent role for the Ghana international.
The 28-year-old was linked with a move to the Premier League last summer with Chelsea, but instead decided to stay with the Bianconeri – and as a result has an extra Coppa Italia and Serie A title to his name, with the potential of become a Champions League winner.
With both Southampton and West Ham reportedly keen on Asamoah, it may seem that a move away from the Juventus stadium could soon materialise.
However, not before the Champions League final.
Juventus take on Real Madrid on June 3 in a bid to win the treble. Paulo Dybala and Co have the potential to top off a phenomenal season with the a victory over Zinedine Zidane’s side at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff; a game that Asamoah will be hoping to feature in.
